Singer Songwriter Cathie Ryan has enjoyed great success and acclaim during her 40-year career in Irish music. She has released multiple award-winning CDs, performs at concert halls, folk clubs, Irish festivals, and with symphony orchestras, yet rarely does shows in Ireland where she lives. In the second concert of our Spring Series in the Carlingford Heritage Centre join Cathie and extraordinary multi-instrumentalist Matt Mancuso and renowned fiddle player Niall Murphy for a very rare Irish show and hear why the LA Times hails her as “One of the leading voices in Celtic Music”, the Boston Globe says, “Her singing is simply sublime”, and The Irish Times regards her “a formidable performer”.
